Thoroughly Thursday:

Block B:
11s - Memory Books are ALMOST done! Great work all!!!
12s - We are just about done with business letters and will get started on the essay compositions tomorrow!

Block C: Study, study, study! But what should I study? The yellow handout of tips and tricks, your purple handout of poetry terms, the 2 forms of synthesis essays, the personal narrative options, and any other terms from the Provincial handout that MIGHT appear in the MC section. We will finish the practice synthesis tomorrow.

Block D: Macbeth unit test tomorrow! Make sure you are prepared!

Block B:
11s - keep working on your memory books with Ms. Brown.
12s - we will finish up business letters on Thursday and move on to the essay - look how awesome you are doing!

Block C: A round of applause for all performers today - a VERY enjoyable version of the play! After the performances we then took a look at Provincial exam practice - I will take it up with you when we get back on Thursday. Your homework is to study all of the terms that you MIGHT see on the exam. Flash cards - glossary - you decide what works for you!

Block D: Today, after I collected the Act V work - you put yourselves into groups for the final performance project. There will be a work block on Thursday and the unit test on Friday. Make sure you are preparing yourself!

Block B:
11s - continue with Ms. Brown
12s - we will keep practicing the business letter format - easier than visual designs I think?!

Block C: Test is over - and now on to performances! Looking forward to watching your hard work on the stage!

Block D: Today we finished reading the play - you have a few questions to complete on the worksheet for homework. Tomorrow I will be assigning the final performance project - due on Monday. The unit test for Macbeth will be on Friday - a mix of multiple choice and short answer.

Block C: Keep practicing your performances - we present on Tuesday! Don't forget to study for the test on Monday!

Block D: If you finished the worksheet on IV.iii then you have no homework this weekend - if not - make sure it is done for Monday!

Thoughts on Thursday:

Block B:
11s: Memory books continue in Ms. Brown's room

12s: You will be with me to continue working on Visual Designs. I know they seem weird and complicated... But you can do this!

Block C: Today we started writing and practicing for performances that will take place on Tuesday (we think). The test on A Midsummer Night's Dream will take place on Monday.

Block D: Today in class we read Act IV scenes i and ii and completed the in-class work. The unraveling a quote assignment is due tomorrow - make sure to hand it in along with the assignment criteria.

Work on a Wednesday:

Block B: 11s - you will continue your Memory Books with Ms. Brown tomorrow.

12s: We will work on Visual Designs in my room - I know it seems tricky - but you are already improving!

Block C: If you didn't finish Act 5 questions in class - please do so for homework! We will start our performance pieces tomorrow!

Block D: There is no official homework tonight - as I will give you the opportunity to work on the quote unraveling assignment in class tomorrow - it is due on Friday though - so if you want to work on it you can!

Take That, Tuesday!

Block B: The split continued today - the 11s worked on chapter 1 of their memory book with Ms. Brown and the 12s worked on multiple choice and paragraph review for the first writing task on the Provincial.

Block C: Homework tonight is to complete the questions for Act 4 of our play. We move on tomorrow!

Block D: We read up to the end of Act 3 scene 4 in Macbeth and you worked on the your staging for the scene as if you were the director. All work was completed in class - which means - no homework tonight!
