Block A: Tonight you need to study for the types of poems quiz - it will be on all the types of poems that we reviewed in class today. Your challenge at the end of class is to now write a lyric poem: ballad, sonnet, ode or elegy of at least 14 lines. Make sure it follows the characteristics of the given form! I'll collect tomorrow.
Block B: Outline writing continues tomorrow. Make sure you have body paragraph #2 done for tomorrow. You will have ONE more class to complete the outline, then you write the essay on Wednesday and Thursday.
Block D: Good job reviewing the different types of conflict today - no homework tonight! :)
