Block A: Review the different techniques and expectations of literary analysis essay writing. I will give you the topics on Monday. You should be working on the Verbal Visual Essay - due on Thursday.
Block B: Homework this weekend is to brainstorm and create a proposal for your essay topic. You may or may not actually end up writing on this topic - but this will help you develop the ability focus your essay. The proposal should include a brief description of the topic, who your intended audience is and what potential reputable, reliable sources you might be able to find. Keep track of your sources as you will need to create a full works cited for this essay.
Block D: The practice plot diagram for "The Landlady" and the C.S.I. are both due on Monday :)
