Block B: Please complete the point form outline of your explanatory paragraph based on one wish. We will move on to the rough draft in class tomorrow.

Block C: We will continue both the movie and the presentations in class tomorrow.

Block B: If you didn't finish the Wish Carefully sheet - please do so for tomorrow. We'll start on the outline in class together.

Block C: Today was the last day with the laptops - so if you need to finish up some work before your interview time-slot that will need to be done at home!

Welcome back Sharks! I hope you all had a restful holiday! I hope you're all ready to gear up for the drive to summer!

Block B: If you didn't finish in class, could you please finish the your responses to the movie Hugo? I will collect first thing tomorrow.

Block C: You will get one more block with the laptops tomorrow and then we are on to the interviews in an official capacity starting on Thursday.

Block C: Great work again today! We're so close to the end of our Artist projects. You should be working on labelling the devices and your 2 pop-ups tomorrow.

Tenebrous Tuesday

Block B: Your quiz on short story terms is done - you will see your marks tomorrow. We had a great discussion today about your reactions post-reading. You have such creative and engaging responses! For homework tonight - you have the choice. You need to complete 1 side of the sheet - either plot OR foreshadowing. You will eventually need to do both - but I'll give you time in class for whatever side you didn't finish.

Block C: Great work on your Artist projects! You will have another work block tomorrow - you should be at the CSI stage at this point.

Mostly-Monday!

Block B: Just a couple of reminders from class today - if you didn't finish the post-reading and anticipation guide questions - please do them tonight. Also - you need to study for the quiz on short story terminology - everything on the green sheet!

Block C: We're starting a new project on an Artist who Inspires You - today you chose your artist and tomorrow you will continue working on your research and song selection.
